How long are the sessions
Each session is about 60 minutes. This time is dedicated to exploring what’s most important to you, gaining insights, and identifying steps that will help you move forward with confidence.
How often will we meet?
For packages with multiple sessions, I typically space the sessions about a month apart. This allows time for you to reflect, integrate what you’ve learned, and continue making progress between sessions. If you feel you need more frequent support, we can adjust the timing based on your needs.
Is this Coaching?
Not quite. While coaching often focuses on external action plans, my approach goes deeper. I help you explore the root causes of feeling stuck, uncover hidden patterns, and guide you through inner transformation. This isn’t just about setting goals, it’s about creating lasting change from the inside out.
Is this therapy?
Yes, our work together is therapeutic in the sense that we can explore challenges, address emotional barriers, and create meaningful change in your life. While I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, our sessions focus on self-awareness, emotional growth, and inner transformation, providing a safe and supportive space for deep healing and personal development.
How long are the sessions valid?
Core Series: Sessions can be used within 6 months.

Are all the sessions online?

I find that online sessions provide a safe and comfortable space for deep work, and many clients appreciate the convenience. Do you offer payment plans
Yes, I offer flexible payment plans to make your journey as accessible as possible. The Core Series can be paid in two equal installments, and the Transformation Path can be paid over three monthly installments. This allows you to spread the cost over time while still receiving the full benefits. While a certain level of trauma is absolutely welcome, I am not a substitute for clinical treatment for complex trauma or severe mental health concerns.
