Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a psychologist, but more than that, I’m someone deeply committed to guiding others on a path of self-discovery and lasting inner transformation. My own journey— one that involved struggling through deep depression and eventually learning to love and value myself —has profoundly shaped the work I do today.
What brings me the most joy is helping others reconnect with their worth, embrace self-love, and step into a more empowered, authentic life. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about lasting transformation. I want to help you find confidence in who you are and in what you truly want from life.

My self-worth journey
Through my own journey—navigating emotionally turbulent stages in life and experiencing the weight of depression—I eventually uncovered just how deeply negative my self-image had become.
I realized that my sense of worth was tethered to external validation: feeling like I needed a partner to prove I was enough, or relying on the approval of others—sometimes even strangers—to determine my value. Whether it was praise from a partner, a manager at work, or grades at university, my self-esteem and emotional well being felt entirely dependent on factors beyond my control. The result? A profound sense of unworthiness that formed the foundation of my depression and the harsh, critical lens through which I viewed myself.
While I was going through a deep depression, I discovered mindfulness and Buddhist teachings. Through these practices, I learned something truly transformative: I didn’t have to believe every thought that crossed my mind. I began to challenge not only my thoughts but also the underlying beliefs that shaped them. Mindfulness taught me to observe my thoughts without getting caught up in them, and slowly, I started to change the way I viewed myself. It felt like waking up from a long, painful dream. For the first time, I experienced true joy and peace—not as fleeting moments that depended on external circumstances, but as steady, internal anchors.
I stopped seeking validation from others and no longer let external approval dictate my emotions. For the first time, I felt worthy just as I was. I discovered my true self—the person buried for so long beneath layers of negative beliefs and self-judgment.
With this shift came incredible changes, showing me how essential and foundational our self-worth truly is. I could finally connect deeply with others, forming meaningful relationships built on authenticity. I found the courage to follow my heart, both in my personal life and my career.
Of course, life still has its ups and downs, and healing is never a straight line. Life continues to challenge me, and there are still moments when I have to remind myself that my worth isn’t something I can find outside of myself. Even so, the journey I began transformed my life. At my core, I now know that I am worthy—and I believe, deeply, that you are too. Every one of us is deserving of a life filled with joy, connection, and the profound sense that we belong.
This transformation—the joy, beauty, and freedom it brought—feels like a gift from the universe and I want to share it with you and everyone around me.
