My own journey — one that involved struggling through deep depression and eventually learning to love and value myself — has profoundly shaped the work I do today.

I blend evidence-based psychology with mindfulness and heart-centered practices, bringing mindful awareness to your emotional and mental well-being.
Depending on what feels most meaningful for you, we may gently integrate approaches such as Inner Child Healing, EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Positive Psychology — always guided by what best supports your process.
