Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a psychologist, but more than that, I’m someone deeply committed to guiding others on a path of self-discovery and lasting inner transformation. My own journey— one that involved struggling through deep depression and eventually learning to love and value myself —has profoundly shaped the work I do today.

What truly brings me joy is helping others reconnect with their inherent worth, embrace self-love, and step into a more empowered, authentic life.

In our sessions, my focus is on meeting you where you are, guiding you through the process at your own pace. I integrate both Western psychology and Mindfulness practices, bringing mindful awareness to your emotional and mental well-being.

I blend different therapeutic methods to create a space that feels supportive and empowering for you. Depending on what feels most helpful, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Inner Child Therapy, EMDR or Positive Psychology.
